I get the distinct feeling whenever you call technical support, that they frequently ask you if your ID ten T cable is plugged in all the way. Now go back and reread SI message #28087795 (yeah, I know, you'll never figure this one out), and the response to that message #28087795 in SI message #28088482. Sorry.. I forgot, you geniuses are still trying to figure out how the "Search this subject" thing works. Gotta give you credit for your lame attempt to revise context, though.
