There is a huge problem with these ACTS in which the government has an open end. The continually find new disabilities and needs for access. Not indifferent from many applications of the Obamacare/ ACA. They decide as time goes on what new laws/rules and penalties will be applied.

Yet at the same time the admistration can ignore an act and publicly state they will not enforce it. One case being not enforcing civil rights laws when violated by blacks. Another would be the lack of enforcement of voter rights by the New Black Panthers because it doesn't apply to "our" people.

Altogether, owners could face combined costs exceeding $1 billion

So, now hotels must come up with a billion dollars for pool lifts. Wow, that's cool.

Maybe we should all call our elected representatives and request more additional hardships and restrictions on any and all economic activities. We'll all go down together - in the interest of fairness.
