I know a few Koreans from Hackensack, but I've never been there. Something special about that place? Every other Korean community I've been to has had nothing but high respect for their dogs.

Well.....Bergen County is a very affluent area .....just outside the city. Special? I doubt it. I'll ask my sister for specific details the next time I see her. But I do know her opinions are based on many experiences over many years.

Dog – It’s What’s for Dinner

askakorean.blogspot.com

Dear Korean,

I heard that people eat dog meat in Korea. Is it something special, or do they put the dog meat to any meaty meal?

Sibelius
Dear Sibelius,

This post was rather long, so the Korean will distill it into three major takeaways:

(1) Koreans eat dog meat – not as much as beef, chicken or pork, but they do. Dog meat is tasty.
(2) If you don’t like it, fine – eat what you want, and be happy.
(3) If you want Koreans to stop eating dog meat – didn’t the Korean already tell you go away and fuck yourself?

To put it bluntly, many Koreans and Korean Americans tend to be racist toward black people. The Korean wishes it were otherwise, but it is true. Below is the reason why.
