P.S. I chatted with Stochs just recently and suggested that the optioning business must be really slow. I was surprised to learn that they've signed several more deals but he's just too busy to write them up, heading out on the road, etc. etc. I like and respect that he is so good about clamming up when he should. That he mentioned this recent activity tells me right away that these aren't 'material' deals. But it also tells me that his optioning business is still working, funds are being generated and properties being advanced even in this environment.
