Yes, I am... I'm finding ways to justify the fact that we had two failed buy signals in two days... this is rare... of course, the option expiration issue could be the reason, but I don't think so, I suspect this market is legitimately and inherently weak or otherwise one of these two signals would have been confirmed... of course, today day isn't over, but if we don't confirm today, then I suspect we'll likely see more selling tomorrow and a move below the VP would spell lots more selling... so, time will tell, we have just a few more days before the selling deadline, according to my model...

I also think this market is at a serious inflection point, it's sitting right on a long term support line, so it has to rally to keep it alive or it will break down hard...
