I believe the classic "attractive nuisance" is an in ground swimming pool without a fence in a 'hood full of little kids. So much so that most communities have made it illegal. That's a much better analogy to the $100 purchases in games intended for children than having a glass window in your home, which is not something exceptionally "attractive" to kids.

You seem to be repeating the same points, while ignoring the ones I and others have made in response. Thanks for sharing your opinions. I'm content not to agree about this.
heh heh, yes, I agreed. You also ignore my point that parent has plenty of chance to stop kids from play the game which is the primary function of parenting (picking what is good for kid and ban what is bad for them). I think we agree to disagree is probably a good ending. And in the mean while, we will have a lawsuit about the issue that will go through our court systems 8-).
