<< I figure everything is now resting in the hands of Q4 results...only 6
weeks away. I agree with Sector, and feel comfortable in the belief that
ASND will beat expectations.>>

Thanks, Style. I think it's very clear. If a new CFO comes on board and
within one week states that he is comfortable with estimates for Q4 and
1998, then there must be one h*ll of a buffer built in. He must be very sure
indeed to make a statement like that.

<< However, considering all the things I've expected from ASND, little
of which has been fulfilled, I can't help but feel the suspense even
mid-way through Q4.>>

Me too.

<<Considering CFO Ashby stuck our neck out in stating ASND will meet
estimates...if for any reason at all we don't -- we are screwed.>>

This is not an inexperienced man. If they missed, it would be absolutely
incredible to me that this could happen. And so we watch and wait.

if our cfo did not stick his neck out, we would be screwed worse now. i know i feel assured that the cfo made these comments, hopefully this proves to be a new and more cooperative mode between asnd and the street. i believe this to be so because they did recruit a big name cfo from the outside, now asnd must back up his statements and asnd stock price will follow.
