CARTAGENA, Colombia—The Secret Service is investigating allegations that one or more agents on President Barack Obama’ssecurity detail to Colombia were involved with prostitution, a person familiar with the matter said Friday.

The current campaign finance rules are perhaps the WORST of all possible worlds. Maybe the worst idea McCain ever came up with, and that's saying something.

This election cycle the GOP establishment has turned to these new unlimited-money vehicles to help tamp down the Tea Party insurgency that many in the top tiers of the party blamed for the Republicans' failure to take control of the Senate in 2010.
