he was close enough to receive power burns. I believe Martin was atop Zimmerman just as stated by the main witness. If he had been far enough away not to receive powder burns the 9mm would have only dropped him with a lucky shot. The burns and entry hole will tell much as far as direction of the projective and how the clothes hung on the body at the time of the discharge.

Fingernail scraping from Martin will tell much more. If he was banging Zimmerman's head in the concrete that will show under the nails as well as on the concrete. We have to wait to have more evidence released.
