He chased a 10YO kid down the street, brought him home, tied him to a chair, stuffed his mouth with a sock and duct taped it and then proceeded to beat him to death because he fell behind in his schoolwork and he's being charged with 2nd degree murder? How does this compute with the 2nd degree murder charge of Zimmerman?

Think about how long it would take to beat a little kid strapped to a chair to death. Seasoned cops said it was one of the most brutal crime scenes they'd seen.

2nd degree murder?
