I agree with your opinion on Diadem. I am frustrated and tired of watching this stock continuing to drop. I continue to believe that the cause of the downward trend of the stock is the lack of managements ablility to do what is right for the company. They should start thinking more about their shareholders rather than themselves. The annual meeting is tomorrow and I hope they have something useful to say. However, I would expect them to continue to blame everyone else for the problems they are incurring. I recommend all shareholders attending the meeting to say no to any amedments to their stock option plan or approving additional stock option plans to existing directors. Let them work for their money. Considering the amount of money lost by most investors on this company they owe their shareholders at least that. Overall, I continue to believe in the companies properties and believe if managed correctly we can see the stock trading at much higher levels.
