Dear Madam,
I could not help but over hear your IPO plans.
With all due respect , may I recommend a company that which we can acquire at a very reasonable terms, as a shell for us to come on the market in a timely way?

As a die hard newbie, I found a co who will gross 300 million USD consecutively for next five years, and I feel that we can make a case for our acquisition, if we offer 100 of our preffereds and a promisary note for the total market cap of supposedly 6 million USD. Which we can easily accommodate by converting some of those left over 401s,

On year 2001 the sum of 6 million will be euqal to our daily revenue, and for that we will be getting a heaven sent pre x-mas package.
I like to propose this comapny for the review by the board. For an acquisition.

This company provides an internet advertising, which is an explosive growth area and further will automatically fix all y2k problems of the client servers every time they make a hit, on a dail basis. To be truthful, only fall back is that daily fix part. Still in view of the our surmounting debt this acquisition I feel will ease our cash flow starting tomorrow.

I kindly request the board to review and decide on the merits and see if indeed , this company is worth the market cap, in view of the aforementioned revenue target.
In the event of yout favourable reponse I will humbly present the CEO of that company before you, to make his own case.

Sincerely,
Self appointed share holders representative, of this great FBN Corporation.
RSVP at your earliest....
