60 day ????????? Where did you read that ? There is also a Judge who has the responsibility to rule on objections . If he thinks the objections are nuisance he can speed things up . My understanding was 30 days would be allowed for objectors to present papers . There is some thing going on in the back ground of importance for this delay to occur . Unless of coarse there isn't . My thinking is that it is some thing which would have a large impact on time lines .
