<< Do you think they just found out, or do you think they are just done liquidating it all? How can such sudden drop in price happen in DD sector without the big boys liqudating? >>

You're preaching to the converted, James. But aside from that, what does it take to figure out that there can't be a $300 HD in an $800 computer system. Ergo, no profits, no "Quarter". I'm sorry, but the McNabbs have this puppy wired. Who cares if you sell a hundred million wiggets or systems, or whatever, than you did last year if you're only making one dollar per copy? And now this pressure on profits and the Asian Contageon? Boy, I smell blood. Nikkei's down 4.25%, too.

James, I really enjoy your posts. Dell is being liguidated by the big boys, it has been for the past 4 months. When analysts go out of their way to upgrade a stock any time its price drops, you can be sure that they are still selling. If they would be accumulating they would never put out a renewed buy rating, they would be shooting themselves in the foot. Their style is to be very very quiet while they accumulate. Dell will continue to slide down and be hyped up for quite some time, there are a whole lot more shares to dump.
