LOL! I grabbed a clip of your 42 signatories! I see astronauts and directors and managers and flight operations, etc. I did not see one climatologist on my quick look and I am not going to look too closely at it. Why don't they get a rice farmer and a box maker to sign it, too! On another post you sent me a list of 1000? astronauts and possibly scientists? Leaving aside the very dubious qualifications of these people and how many were actually climate scientists who would even have their opinions reviewed...please keep in mind that very few of them are opposed across the board to researching how human activity affects their environment. Rather some think the projections are overstated. Some think the human impact is overstated--and so forth. There are several million scientists in the world. You have managed to highlight an average of FIVE per country--FIVE!!! ... who are disgruntled or disillusioned in some way with the research and the findings! Do you know how many people think the earth is flat or that dinosaurs were created alongside of people 7000 years ago!? :-) -- one hell of a lot more than five per country! Good luck with your spirited attack against the 99.9% of QUALIFIED climatologists who believe the research is a necessary precaution to an uncertain and potentially catastrophic future we are creating. It is not a button issue here in Canada. It is rarely a topic of conversation just as the flat earth is seldom brought up, although thousands will sign their name to believing in it.
