Don't forget that Phoenix has signed the IPM property over to Omega which is a company from the Cayman Islands. ....What ????? Runyon/Phoenix sells BRX to IPM. IPM can't get the money together because of Shorty and BD. Omega steps up to the plate and gives IPM the money for BRX in return for paper (or maybe PP shares..we don't really know). That's all we know for now...as far as I can tell. If you know more, tell us.
