Agree ... Energy, Education, cuts between ATF and Homeland security where they duplicate services, some from defense, cuts in Security Assistance, substantial cuts in foreign aid and change the tax code into something that can be administered by a bare bones skeleton crew, while cutting deep into IRS, cut from grants given for art 'projects', NPR ..... You are correct. Basically, if the feds are spending it, it is mostly wasted money. Energy, Commerce, Education, HHS, etc. Obviously ATF is doing something; the fact that political appointees could screw it up and create Fast and Furious proves they are doing some good. Cut 90% of the federal budget and pay down the debt. Most Presidents understood that growing debt causes a shrunken economy.
