If you have Window 7 Ultimate or Professional you could try installing the drivers in XP mode. If you don't it's probably time for a new printer.

Edit: Definitely try Gotfried's suggestion. Install the 3 that say X64.

Same message i use to get with my cannon scanner lol finally gave up looking and talking to support for a driver for the scanner , purchased a new printer with scanner 4 in 1

wasted so many hrs trying to get it too work , so in the trash it went
