I wonder if Charla is a Federal accredited Nanny Stater? It is her first amendment right to bitch at citizens but when she threatens to put them in jail she needs a Nanny license,

This is a perfect example of a nonsense licensure. You can't say "hey, this diet works for me, you should try it" in North Carolina without a license? Boloney.

Unless he has the bucks to fight, he had better shut down his blog. He is in the right, and would win a "free speech" suit, IMO, if he can afford it.

This is getting to be a tough area and I expect a lot more attempted regulation from the State about it. E. Charters, over at his thread, Subject 53843 , was constantly advocating that people not take the BP meds prescribed by their doctors. He seems to have stopped doing it. I really got on him about it, as it is a very dangerous position to advocate, IMO.

But we literally have tens of thousands of health blogs out there, and you KNOW the State would love to regulate them. Mine is one of them.
