He is half Peruvian. Where do you get this Cuban stuff? No I am saying would you call a European decent Cuban a Latino? Some of these people do not like to be refered to as Latino's or Hispanics. Had a friend from Colombia who was of French decent. Did not like the term. Knew a Cuban when I was in Miami who also did not care for this term either. Are Peruvians Europeans? Some are, mostly the ruling class and large land owners. The rest are American Indians. All are hispanic.
