All I know is that alcohold abusers were 10% or less of users and verified by studies back then. Today how many people abuse weed...no idea but I don't see a how bunch of weed driving arrests thats for sure. The modern day temperance movement sees to that. We still have alcohol prohibition, yes, you can do it, but in reality 2 drinks and you're considered drunk. Why not must make it one swallow and you're drunk and there is no difference than prohibition.
