Don't forget deer and other critters. Deer empty ours each night. I have trouble envisioning how they can drink them so low. When I see anything like larvae I empty it onto the ground, which happens now and then.

You should react. You punch a random grandma in the face you get probation and maybe a disability pension.. You have a bird feeder in your lawn they take two grand away from you.
