The good trades short LULU (and UA/UnderArmor ) came in this week in delayed action format since UA reported , beat & pumped up to $102's the other day (alt high ) but just as fast as the shorts get squeezed these stocks in turn sell off & reset down lower on big profitaking . Its manipulation purely & always thru the earnings season but market is still in corrective mode even with AAPL's high beat stayed fairly under former top resistance today and shortable when trying for $620... Tonight got fired up & shorted LVS after hours pop to $61+ and pulled more than a few $k out of the trade , no stock not even LVS is going to break out now so that pop to 61 near top highs got sold into ...you just lead the stock like shooting a duck in flight expecting them to try to ramp it for the best exits -->for them ! BIDU did a rare rebound off 122 back up to $136 today , rare & crazy but BIDU is partnered now with AAPL in China so no small thing as Jay already mentioned Chinese do not trust Google . Look at UA chrt too popped to $102 top highs & turned around & sold down to 95 the next day , whippy but you short those top highs lately 90% trades are working
