I agree about Colorado climate.

Another area that has a pretty delightful climate is the Saratoga-Los Gatos area of northern California. Dry, without the fog and chill typical of farther north in San Francisco, and the winters are delightful, without the problems that snow can sometimes produce in Denver.

Growing up in Pennsylvania I looked like I had hives in the summer from all the skeeter bites.

Aside from southern California, I think Colorado has the best climate in the continental United States.

I think you're my long lost twin, I grew up in Western PA (Greensburg area) and live in CO now, with a 15 year stop in San Diego.

The most congenial climate I've ever come across is in South Africa. The Cape area is unbelievable.
