I saw where he said that. And as you know what he is really saying is we shape reality with propaganda. The reason 51% of scientist's are liberal and 80% lean Democratic and only 6% are Republican. One would think this statistic would stop Republican's in their tracks. What is most disturbing, as you point out, is the right wing functions pretty much totally according to the propaganda. If any of us goes to a right wing site, we can easily single handedly fend off and entire thread of right wing attacks and do it in the most calm manner. But the reason is disturbing as you allude to. They have almost everything figured wrong, because of the FOX/Rove propaganda e.g. AGW, social science, psychology, logic, medicare, social security, Keynsian economics, public eduction, evolution and/or the human condition and the social contract. So rebuttals are simply like grading papers. You simply respond with the facts, science or logic, whichever applies. Lots of C's and D's I am afraid though-g.
