Paul, your point is taken and certainly revenues will be closely watched for the upturn we expect. You may remember Roger's response to you when you made the same point November 1st in post 825 on the "old" BROC thread.

"This time last year BROC was following the path of similar companies toward pennies as you suggested might happen. But the Board made a very good decision to bring in Doug McIntyre as CEO and gave him free reign to make something of the company. He had substantial cash (over $1 per share today), a large loyal client base, and a good technical staff. He set about to put the house in order with expense cuts and conservative accounting. Then he started action on improved releases of the current products followed by research to define the next generation of SFA software. Note that BROC would have shown a substantial profit (I think about 10 cents) this quarter without the large R&D effort (about $600,000) which was expensed."
