E! If the 7700 support level were not to hold, where do you see the next major support point -- 7390 or thereabouts? And what would you see as the next lower support level below your first major support point? Thanks!! TSO
((Not that I'm pushing for it, but I'm moving from moderately pessimistic to strongly pessimistic)) Ciao!

Sally: If past experience is any indicator you have a much better than even bet that the techs will post a late Nov. to end Jan. rally. This is the famous Winter Tech Rally Effect...

Of course with the SEA stuff this time could be different! As I mentioned with the AMAT announcement this S.Korean and Taiwan thing (and now Japan thing) are much more serious than countries like Malaysia, Thailand and even Hong Kong going down. Especially for semiconductor infrastructure investment. In a capital-intensive industry, being without capital is not much fun (esp. since you're not making much profit these days in DRAM!)

Though in a buying mode I'm only very cocky and aggressive with the back-end semi-equip makers in the testing area and merely cautious elsewhere - trying to buy at best possible prices - established 10% or lower bound relative to Oct. 28's floor.

Japan taking it on the sweet fanny today - down 800+ points or 5+% so far today. In a sense happy orders did not execute today... Cash is good... Margin is good... tomorrow should be good?(for buyers)

See ya Sally!
