SNDK . Looks good long term long term. Bought an initial position before COMDEX, despite misgivings about it's short term technical action. Regarding question ..."anyone know another stock with this much potential?" Yes I do! It's a publicly traded venture capital firm that allows only its shareholder to get first crack at their initial public offerings, usually high tech. Square shoolters and extremly capable. Company is called Safeguard Scientifics SFE. Among their offerings since I've owned them are: Cambridge Tech Partners CATP [all prices adj. for splits] Buy price $1.67 sh. now app. $38, Coherent Comm. Buy price $2.50 now app.$ 28.00 Sanchez Compter Assoc. SCAI buy price $5.50 now $24.00 within 12 mo. Diamond Tech. Partners. Buy price $5.50 sh. now $16.00 app. 6 mo. Several doubles-- only one klinker is US Data USDC Buy $5.00 Now $4.00 SFE itself has gone from $4.00 to $31.00 since '93 (hit $46.00 '96. They retain high ownership of spinoffs after IPO. Are doing 3 IPO's per year. These guys brought Novell public in mid 80's[ and now they are all out] but that IPO alone allowed many people to retire within a few years. I bought SFE at $3.60 and bought more recently at $32.00. Definitely not to late to get in. IMO. Thank you for asking and allowing me to respond on this thread. If SNDK comes even close, (and I think it will] I will be thrilled. Good fortune to us all. Mike
