a very nice feature of IV is that when one ignores someone else, it is on a per board basis. now for someone that one does not wish to read on any board, that can be a pain on IV, ignoring them on one board after another (there is a person called 'plute' on IV that falls into this category). i believe SI is like yahoo, either you ignore someone on all boards or you ignore them on none. does anyone know if this is true or not? the per board approach can be useful in cases where someone makes a contribution on one board, but serves solely as a distraction on a different board.
