He's spent a lifetime convincing whitey he's innocuous and not to be feared. He admitted using that tactic as a way of getting what he wants. It's always worked for him and appears still to be working on some level.

He sends his own kids to expensive private school, while killing the DC Opportunity voucher program. His wife had a $300K phony-baloney job doing PR for a negro-removal program for the U of Chicago hospital - the idea was to divert poor innercity blacks away from the hospital to clinics. He voted for letting abortion survivors die. He's a mild-talking try-to-seem-nice royal bastard.
