chartseer asked:

"If Zimmerman was taken to the precinct headquarters in hand cuffs was he not under arrest?"

I had the same question about two weeks ago. I thought if a person is handcuffed he is considered under arrest. Not so under Florida law. In Zimmerman's case he was handcuffed. Taken to the police station and questioned for hours. I suspect he was given his rights but did the police ever tell him he was under arrest? I would like to see the lawyers on TV discuss this issue.
