Nothing against the old lady, she could be a fine woman. But just because your wife’s friend had a chance to meet her and you are getting excited … Can’t imagine what would happen if you bump into Palin … I think you should bring a pair of dry pants ... at least!

Oh my GOODNESS! That is a great story and what a lucky, chance meeting. I'd like to hear more about her impressions of Sarah's mother. I suspect Sarah may get her good looks from her mother.
