"Till rigor mortis do us part." Does the law provide for any penalty for going over the time limit? If so, how is that policed or must the act performed in authorized locations, such as a morgue? I think I'm going to hurl.

If it's going on now, making it legal could be a way to find out how prevalent it is, and if the people are outraged or offended by it, a step to making it illegal. Similar two steps to making something illegal could be taken in parts of Kentucky, comedians say. Or the opposite. Make something illegal for the eventual purpose or result of making it legal.
