I can't be bothered with who did or didn't make money, who said what when, etc. etc. etc.>> ditto here. who cares? however, i will note his statement is a clear example of the author's inability to distinguish between those who seem to get off on giving him a hard time and those who merely disagree with him. in his head, one is either for him or against him, and as far as i can tell, he cannot understand why disagreeing with him is legal.
