maaad, insiders report their sales, i believe, within 90 days of their transaction date. this is important because you would not see any tracks until then and like some companies the reporting is late. it is very easy to sell the stock short from abroad and in the account of brokerage houses. we will never know but in reality the stock had a major run in a terrible gold market with high speculation. that major volume(15mm shares or so) did not come from you and me but most likely come from joeinsider.
