Is ORCL in a quiet period yet? This is usually when some hot shot analyst tries to talk the stock down. UBS did it a few quarters ago and when ORCL hit estimates they jumped $5 that day. I see another repeat. Kill a company when they can't talk.

The tools slowdown was due to external factors. i think people stopped buying proprietary tools and started buying tools with more open architectures. Moreover, there's been a big shift recently to off the shelf applications. All of the tools vendors have been a disaster. i don't blame oracle for that...
