Kirby - PS: Looks like you've got the Motley Fool with you I dunno, is that good or bad? Their commentary, IMO ranges from pretty good to not so good, (unlike Seeking Alpha which has become a guaranteed joke as far as I can see).

Hi graham- WPRT is traded in both Canada & U.S. & is not a REIT or L.P.- So there is no issue regarding taxes. I have a $50.00 target price for the start of my exit stradegy. Will do a lot of trading of the stock on its way up to my price target.((Buy & Sell)) I did not Buy the stock at the offering & only posted that to show that a ton of fresh capital was just dumped into the company treasury for the necessary GROWTH stradegy & possibly lack of a new Capital issuance ahead.
