I used to do stir fry a lot. Had an electric wok but have no idea what happened to it. Maybe time to get another. Perfect for coconut oil.

Do you use it like regular cooking oil? Can you roast veggies with it? 450 degree oven? I roast so many veggies now with only a bit of olive oil and Mrs Dash or Lemon Pepper.....we both LOVE the way all veggies taste this way....
