Thank you all for the info. The broker is DB. They are geeting the call from one of the MM. Their BB access was down so they could not tell which one it was. They guessed it was the broker the sponsered the IPO. Will know more in the AM. I was told that there is a 75% chance that it would happen tomorrow. DB will be notified in the AM. I can then pick the time to sell, if I do it before the close...... Not sure how the 3 day period comes into play here. To me it is a monment in time sale price and it is a done deal. I have had this stock for serveral weeks. Any helpful hints would be welcomed. Will yelling at the call'ing MM do any good?

Cande...Your analysis of the increased number of shares coming onto the market was sound. However, in the for the month of Nov-present I have noticed that volume as actually decreased. I would have thought that a logical extension of your analysis would have resulted in the opposite. Do you have any thoughts as to why volume is so low? doug

My broker is calling a % of my Short position. I have been able to dodge the bullets for 2 months, but aas of 1/22 PM they are forcing to cover a % of my psotion and the other 2 persons that hold short postions with DB. Call this bad timing, right before earning are to come out....... Any thoughts would be welcomed. Sell today, 1/22 or away to fight them off once again. It still sounds fishy to me. I am just not sure what kind of fish it is.
