Arrests of undocumented immigrants have gone up under Obama.

His OWN AUNT was a illegal alien, living in Boston. She applied for asylum under dubious circumstances and it was granted AFTER she had illegally resided in the US for 6 years.

The basis for her asylum request was never made public.

Not made public??!!

washingtonpost.com

You're going to tell me that Obama DIDN'T KNOW that his Aunt was in the US illegally, after having been deported??!!!

Apparently being a relative of Obama is sufficient to obtain asylum..

And I suppose that Obama didn't know that his father's half-brother is ALSO an illegal alien in the US, recently arrested for DUI AND POSSESSING A US DRIVER'S LICENSE (fraudulently obtained):

Obama plans on fighting the deportation and has hired the same attorney who helped the President's half-aunt win asylum in 2010, myFOXboston.com reported.

Obama's administration has done everything possible to avoid enforcing Federal immigration laws. He's sued Arizona for their decision to finally take matters into their own hands because of the lack of support in deporting illegal immigrants.

So don't you dare have the gall to tell us that Obama is upholding immigration laws. IF there are increased arrests of illegals, I want to see how many of them are actually deported.

This guy has been arrested 35 times and still not deported because he claims he's a Palestinian and we can't deport him if we don't recognize the country officially. But he has an Egyptian passport.. Hello Egypt.. he's all yours...

To address the following as well..

There is nothing conservative (however Republican) about a "muscular" approach to undocumented immigration enforcement; where it violates the rights of anyone who gets caught in the profiling "net."

There's nothing compassionate about illegals being given priority over those temporary workers who DO EVERYTHING PROPERLY and pay a lot of money in attorney's fee in order to work in the US.

I once dated a Japanese gal who was on a temporary work visa here. She had to pay several thousands of dollars each time that visa had to be renewed. Finally the costs became too much to bear and she returned to Japan.

Illegals avoid all of those costs. Many of them may be hard-working, but a good majority engage in criminal activity.

But most importantly, and I have first hand knowledge of this, employers who utilize illegal labor avoid the additional costs of workman's compensation, health care benefits, and unemployment insurance. This means they will always use illegal labor to the detriment of American workers.

This is especially the case in construction and agriculture. 90% of the the local dairies in our area utilize illegal labor..

My relatives who are in the construction business cannot compete with the cheap, illegal labor that is being utilized here...

So these illegals become a burden on the US taxpayer in two different ways. They utilize free medical services.. And the Americans who can't obtain legal work because of illegals, wind up on welfare and food stamps..

I'm all for temporary work visas. I have no problem with that.. I just want to know they are being employed on an equal basis as American workers. But most of all, I want to know who they are.. It's too dangerous to have unknown parties preying upon our society.

As for profiling, if they don't speak English (a requirement for US citizenship), I would say that's sufficient grounds for calling their status into question.

Btw, look at how Mexico treats illegal aliens within their own society...

Then go there and attempt to overstay your own visa and see what happens to you..
