Interesting Question.

I find Novs SG+A disclosure very poor as far too much is lumped into it without adequate footnoting or breakdown.

Each subsidiary is structured as a seperate company and LLC
but ultimately some corporate SG+A must be applied to each i.e Anderson's egregious salary/comp package.
Every Q them some ongoing legal expense and that is not noted either.

more likely i would think they are going to try to raise some debt at that level and perhaps pay off some of the senior debt?
