Thanks for your thoughts on IR. I'm on the fence and not sure what I will do with my shares. Despite the recent run, the stock is still down over the last 52 wks. And yes, they have a history of not meeting expectations, but they have beaten estimates for the last three Qs. And if you look at their recent presentation, available on their web site under Investor Relations, the company is modest going forward.

You're right about the debt payment, but they are paying it down; an specially large debt payment was made earlier this month. And they have managed to buy back shares at an opportune time.

Div. increase is likely, so I think I will wait till the div. increase is announced to take profit unless I find something better to invest in and I need funds. Right now I have 20% of my folio in cash which is unusually high for me.
