OT: ITB Charts in various time frames. I have overlaid the ITB here versus the VIX(Volatility Index). Note that whenever any chart reaches an RSI nearing 70 or more that it is overbought. In roaring bull markets RSI's can exceed 70 on the daily chart by huge amounts even reaching 70 or more on monthly charts.

Also watch the channels, bollinger bands and %B for signs that the index is overbought as the ITB is now. Can it get more overbought? Of course it can. But I am the type of investor who likes to the best potential performers in oversold markets.

This is not an oversold market. To be sure being long here is the right move. But with 34 months of an advance behind us, much of the world in recession, our presidential election merely months away with huge changes likely thereafter I would advise being cautious.
