They're only interested in the next grant application based on knee jerk science. These Lab Coat Clerics are more than happy to provide a mantra to the highest bidder. The only thing really surprising is how many stupid people like yourself fall for it. If it were up to me I would deny them freedom of speech and confiscate their houses for propagating such lies.

Actually intelligent design is based on scientific discoveries of the past century. Darwinian evolution, now that's entirely faith based.

``The scientific method goes with a hypothesis and searches for proofs through experiment and data, most of which are disproved.`` And a good scientist loves to find a counter to an accepted truth.! This continuous effort to disprove ensures that we approach closer and closer to (for want of a better term)…REALITY! Science is all about proving itself wrong, mistaken, or deficient. Religion is al about asserting (without proof) that everything else is wrong. That is what makes Science so powerful and superstition so appealing!
