NovaSTAR was clean & did not get any fines by Federal Reserve.
Nice try.

Novastar is not regulated by the Federal Reserve and therefore is not subject to Fed penalties. BAC and WFC are subject to Fed jurisdiction.

Also, this is a servicing issue. Novastar sold its servicing platform years ago.

We'll talk torrow about the miscreant charade. It now involves a Doctor from California who wrote a book called "No More Hysterectemies", is a student of what is called bioethics (not to be confused with business ethics) and her involvement with Novastar and Streetlinks, and California Attorney Carol Medof (not to be confused with Bernie Madoff).
