we are in agreement - we both think that bond interest should not be included as it's decaying and non core. we all know that we can add in a certain value to the Present Value of the bond interest at the end for our valuation.

we are also in agreement with respect to the NOL. notice i said earnings - and whatever earnings NOVS has they will be exempt from tax for a while it appears. earnings are different than the balance sheet as you of course know.
