Useless Fact? Volume = 3,175,200 on 11/24/97 Volume today was 3,175,200, the lowest daily volume in ASND since 5/23/97. Volume over the last several days has almost evaporated. Back on 5/23, volume was 2,716,800 and the closing price was 51 1/2. Gary Korn

Look at all these insider sales! It must be bad: Stagno, VP: 15,686 shares Sanford, VP, 17,000 shares Schneider, VP 35,000 shares Evans, Dir., 170,000 shares Johnson, CT, 10,624 shares Atkins, Dir., 30,000 shares Symons, CFO, 160,000 shares Hendren, VP, 67,292 shares Ejabat, CEO, 134,341 shares Kind, VP, 6,250 shares. And another 6 insiders of another company sold 509,400 shares! Oops! These were ASND and CSCC (509,400) insider sales not long before the CSCC acquisition. Incidentally, if Ejabat sold 134,341 shares back in February and only 15,000 shares this go round, he must really be worried. <VBG> Gary Korn
