RtS, of course it isn't close to its all time high--that was a bubble of mammoth proportions. We should hope that it will "be another decade or more before it ever hits a new all time high."<

I was trying to be optimistic. Some people think I am overly pessimistic. Imagine that? <VBG>

I actually like to think that I am a realist. But like everyone else I have a bias.

The ITB could most certainly head higher but like much of the rest of the market it has ran a lot since the March 2009 bottom.

It's more than doubled.

So is the cup ITB 1/4 full or 3/4 empty???
