"My view is that NOVS made deliberate bad loans thru fraudulent documentation.
This included altered incomes, work historys, and appraisals."

Please link to the post where I said this. You can't because you are WRONG - I was quoting someone else and then responding. Note the << >> that bracket the statement - it was from a different poster.

I'm assuming that your sad and pathetic display/rant is because you are trying to elicit a response, much the way that a bratty child puts on an utterly embarassing display when they are being ignored (apologies to bratty children everywhere, but this is the closest analogy I can make that's fit for print in a public forum).

Well, you got it: (skip to the end where I repeat my excellent advice for you. Yes, you desperately need advice, especially that which I have given, but you have apparently seen fit to ignore it, to your detriment).

<<Rooky: "Then when I called him down on it, he offers another half arse apology stating that "I didn't mean fraudulent from a legal sense" >>

Once again, your ignorance rules. There is not a single apologetic word in the quote above.
It is a clarification. It is "fraud" in the bombastic sense - extreme exaggeration in the interest of providing emphasis. It is rhetorical in nature. (Look these words up and have a bratty kid explain them to you). Others have alleged fraud in the strict legal sense of the term. Also, I was applying across the entire industry, not just your precious (see J.R.R Tolkien).

Incidentally, your tendency to anthropomorphize NOVS appears to be so severe as to require treatment. This is not healthy and for others leaning this way I would suggest that it can lead to serious investing mistakes. Graham notes that our biggest obstacle is our own psychology. This is really bad news for you insofar as Graham theory of investment.

Also, are we now publicly posting private emails? Ok, fine. Here's a line from one I sent to bankbuyer where I was asking him to back off (one of several where I asked): "I feel sorry for the guy". I really do and this latest stunt/rant of yours makes me feel even more sorry for you. You are a walking tragedy. This is your curse and why I am not letting the much more caustic wavb have his way with you. Again, I truly feel sorry for you. Yours is clearly a lonely life.

As for bankbuyer, focus intently on this very, very important piece of my no-longer PRIVATE email:
" I have no beef with him [bankbuyer] and I surely don't want any with you either." Incidentally, there are two statements there, both true.

You would love for me to run from my PRIVATE email to you, but no. I embrace it. And I will repeat what I think is top-notch advice. In fact, you have demonstrated more strongly than ever that you need to follow it.

"Your relationship with him [bankbuyer] is probably nowhere near as important to the rest of the world as it is to you and that might be hard for you to see. I know that it might feel cowardly to you to just put him on ignore (I kind of feel like I'm losing if I put a detractor of mine on ignore) but since the relationship is probably hopeless, I'd do just that if I were you. Bankbuyer's style can be very hostile and if you search around, you'll see where he really gets into it with others as well."

For anyone who has tortured themselves and read this far, please recommend this post if you think this is damn good advice. I will address bankbuyer in a separate post.
