Believe china shale reserve is número one in the world, but ... China policymakers figure an imperative to unload dollars without burning them, so best to buy buy buy and spend spend spend, on anything that can be made into stuff or burns. The trouble is the dollar deluge is coming in faster than can be reasonably managed and spent without pinning everything worthwhile at needling high. I think enough policy-makers believe the global currency war, intended or not, by design or default, is already full-on, last spender death match. Few officialdom anywhere on this planet would make a big-do of the truth because the populations would most likely be unenthusiastic that their savings and cash flow have been drafted and shall surely perish. Dangerous times still ahead.
